About the Cattery
AivellaLuna began with a simple love of cats — their character, their affection, their independence. In 2024 we brought our first Bengal kitten, Aiva, home from Vilnius. Her first cat shows were a trial for both of us — I felt like I was sitting an exam. In February 2026 we found a stud who has done well at international shows (he holds the top-level show certificate, CACIB), and on April 10th three wonderful kittens were born. One of them — our little heir — stayed with us. Every kitten we raise becomes part of the family long before it ever leaves for its new home.
Health Program
All breeding cats are tested for PK-def (pyruvate kinase deficiency, an inherited blood disorder) and HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, an inherited thickening of the heart muscle that a heart ultrasound helps to detect), are FeLV/FIV negative, regularly vaccinated, and checked by a veterinarian.
Federation Membership
Our cattery is a member of the Lithuanian Pet Owners Center (LGAC), which organizes cat shows in Lithuania, and all our cats are registered with the World Cat Federation (WCF) — we follow its breeding and welfare standards.
Our Story
In 2024, Aiva — our first Bengal cat — came home to us in Vežaičiai from Vilnius. In the spring of 2026, on April 10th, our first litter was born: three little girls, one of whom stayed to grow up with us.
About LGAC and WCF
The Lithuanian Pet Owners Center (LGAC) is the representative of the World Cat Federation (WCF) in Lithuania, under its patronage since 2006 and a full member since 2008. WCF is one of the largest feline organizations in the world, with more than 540 clubs registered in forty countries, and is a member of the World Cat Congress (WCC).
LGAC organizes international cat shows, issues pedigree documents for newborn purebred kittens, and runs seminars and advice for novice breeders on keeping, care and breeding. Our cattery belongs to LGAC, and all our cats are registered with WCF.
